Breakouts after a threading session are the result of one of two things. It is either because of irritation, or the other being bacterial folliculitis. Bacterial folliculitis is when bacteria have entered the hair follicle shortly after threading has occurred. Bacteria folliculitis is commonly marked by itchy, white, pus-filled bumps which should be consulted with a pharmacist or a physician.
