Eyebrow tinting is a wonderfully quick, easy and affordable method of helping your eyebrows look marvellous. The intended effect is to have the eyebrows appear darker and more full. The process is very straightforward. A dye is applied to your eyebrows to help the hairs reach the correct colour hue. These newly-tinted eyebrows help the hairs appear more full - especially the thinner hairs, and the darker hue helps make the brows stand out.
Eyebrow tinting is just like getting your hair dyed. First, petroleum jelly or a base cream is applied around the brows to prevent any of the dye from staining your skin. Then, a semi-permanent dye is mixed together before using a spoolie brush to apply it to your eyebrows. Depending on the shade of your eyebrows, the tint can be either custom-mixed to the perfect shade.
The aim here is to enhance your current eyebrows and make them stand out by looking more full. To reach this look, we use a colour that closely matches with your natural hair, or even a shade darker.
